Shipping Policy

We don’t cut corners or take shortcuts. All our orders are individually handcrafted to your specifications—because quality matters to us. Once your order is placed, the production time typically ranges between 7-10 days.

The world is a big place, so shipping times vary based on the country in which the order is being shipped to. Most orders arrive within 3-7 days once shipped. We estimate our bespoke neon will be handcrafted and delivered to you within 2-4 weeks (90% of past orders have been delivered in under 3 weeks). We are timely, but not reckless as we are not willing to sacrifice quality to rush orders.

Import Fees/Duties

Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big/heavy the piece is.

This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands with most orders not being subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by GEEKNEON.

Refund and Returns Policy

All of our pieces and paintings are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you! While inspiration can strike at any time, you still need to plan your order. With that said, we can only accept returns/refunds on faulty or broken items and do not accept returns if you change your mind. As all pieces are made to order, all sales are final once placed on site.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 14 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at sales@geekneon.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

We offer an industry leading 12 month guarantee to ensure the good vibes go on and on! If your neon sign stops working in any way during this timeframe, just let us know and we will replace it free of charge. This warranty only covers faulty products and does not include damage due to general wear/tear from being transported or damage due to misuse or mishandling during the installation process. So, in short, if you drop your sign off your balcony, you’re out of luck.

Due to the hand rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolourations. Some variations in colour can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolourations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.

The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

Shipping /Return /Cancellation & Refund Policy for Neon Sign Rental Series

Shipping: We ship rentals so that they arrive 1-2 days prior to your rental date.Choose the date of your event and the rental will arrive 1-2 days prior. Please rent it and confirm the order before one week.

Cancellations: You may cancel your rental up to 3 weeks before your rental date, this allows us to cancel any shipments planned. You will receive a full refund if you email sales@geekneon.com at least 3 weeks before your rental date.

Refunds: Although unlikely, if the sign or parts arrive defective or damaged you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of damage or defectiveness and we will replace when able. If we are unable to replace the damaged part before your event, you will receive a refund (sign defective) or credit to replace the defective part (such as the power cord or dimmer not working). Refunds will not be granted if GEEKNEON is not alerted within the 24-hour period.

Returns:The rental will need to be returned to a local UPS location with the return label attached in our eco-friendly reusable box the day after your reserved rental date. (excluding Sundays, if your rental date is a Saturday it will be returned the follwing Monday)
