All our neon signs are handmade with LED flex neon tube and acrylic backing. The new neon tube technology that we use provides a longer lifespan than original glass neon. LED Neon signs are silent, safe, and remain at room temperature. Our LED neon signs are low voltage. They are also safer because they do not contain gas or mercury. 

The LED neon signs are exceptionally long lasting when compared with traditional bulbs or gas-based neon signs. The average life expectancy is 60,000 working hours or over six years.

Absolutely! All of our signs come with a 24 months warranty on electrical components. If you have any issues with your lights, please let us know as soon as possible!

However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Yes, we can make your custom neon outdoor compatible! The sign will be made slightly differently so it is safe to use outdoors and you will be supplied with a special power supply. Note that we sadly don't provide a dimmer for outdoor signs as outdoor dimmers do not exist, and that remote dimmers do not work with outdoor signs.

We recommend that you use it in a place that is protected as much as possible from bad weather (strong wind, constant rains...) or vandalism.

All our signs have a working temperature from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius.

Your sign is like a beautiful painting, but even easier to hang 😎

You have 3 options:

1. Mount it to the wall
2. Hang it from the ceiling
3. Use 3M Stripes

Alternatively, if you cannot mount or hang your sign we can offer you a stand option.

Neon Signs have its own color, we can provide 11 colors, red, pink, orange, green, light blue, dark blue, white, warm white, yellow, purple and RGB (at least 7 color changes).We can make your LED neon sign change colors!

LED neon lights come with a 2m (78 inches) clear cable by default.

If you need to increase the length of the cable, please contact us and we will upgrade it for you free of charge.

If you want your neon sign to remain in top condition and continue to impress your friends and family for years to come, it's important to keep it clean. To do so, follow these simple steps:

a) Use a cotton cloth with ethyl alcohol to maintain its fresh and clean appearance.
b) Use a microfibre cloth or duster to remove any excess dust that may accumulate on your neon sign.
c) Avoid using too much fluid when cleaning, as this can cause the fluid to seep under the tubing and cause the LED's to malfunction.

By following these easy steps, you can keep your neon sign looking great and functioning properly for a long time!

All of our neon signs are mounted on a transparent acrylic board. This allows you to be able to easily mount or hang the sign in your home and ensures that it will have a sturdy and reliable hang.

We offer 3 different types of acrylic backing:

The Cut-to-Shape:

The acrylic board is cut following the shape of the neon. This style is still minimalist while providing more stability.

We recommend using the cut-to-shape if you are looking for a stronger sign, perhaps one that will be moved or for a specific logo design.

This is also the right backing type is you want to hang your sign from the ceilling or in front of a window, instead of mounting it on a wall.

The Full-Board:

With the Full-Board the sign is mounted to a full acrylic board (rectangle or squared) .We recommend using a full board if you will hang it from the ceiling or if you plan to use it for for events, and will need to move your neon often.

The Acrylic-Base:

This option provides a solid base that runs the length of the sign - it is the most stable option if you want to use your sign in a variety of locations!

Every piece is 100% handmade, so we need some time to create them at the highest standard.

In general,it takes 2 to 4 weeksto produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment. Depending on the demand, we also offer anexpress delivery option (10-14 business days) for an extra chargewhich can be selected at checkout.

If you need your sign for an event or a special date, please make sure to contact us! We'll do our best to deliver the sign on time.

We offer free shipping worldwide, but for some Islands or difficult access territories some extra charges can be applied.  We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, the shipping cost will be charged only once.

Yes! We can ship to all over the world, as long as the courier can reach the place.

All of our piecesand paintings are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you! While inspiration can strike at any time, you still need to plan your order. With that said, we can only accept returns/refunds on faulty or broken items and do not accept returns if you change your mind. As all pieces are made to order, all sales are final once placed on site.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 14 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at sales@geekneon.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

We offer an industry leading 24 month guarantee (12 months for waterproof/outdoor signs) to ensure the good vibes go on and on! If your neon sign stops working in any way during this timeframe, just let us know and we will replace it free of charge. This warranty only covers faulty products and does not include damage due to general wear/tear from being transported or damage due to misuse or mishandling during the installation process. So, in short, if you drop your sign off your balcony, you’re out of luck.

Due to the hand rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolourations. Some variations in colour can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolourations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.

The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

About the Dot

If you're wondering whether it's possible to create a dot using an LED neon tube, I'm afraid it's not. Instead, we can produce a small line as an alternative.

We can create neon signs in various sizes, but there are some limitations based on the complexity of the design. In case you require a smaller size, we suggest simplifying the design or printing some details on the backing instead.

About the Size

If the sign is wider than 110 cm, we will split the neon into at least two pieces. This is to ensure that your project is delivered safely. However, when mounting the sign, the separation will be hardly noticeable.

Our LED Neon signs are EU, UL, and ROHS certified.

You have 2 options:
1.Mount it to the wall (we will provide the screws)
2.Hang it from the ceiling ( we will provide the hanging wire)

We ship rentals so that they arrive 1-2 days prior to your rental date.

The rental will need to be returned to a local UPS location with the return label attached in our eco-friendly reusable box the day after your reserved rental date. (excluding Sundays, if your rental date is a Saturday it will be returned the following Monday)

Yes! We ship anywhere.

Rental neon signs can be cancelled with a full refund up until three weeks before your rental date.

Although it is very rare, sometimes the shipping carriers are not as gentle with our packages as we would like. If your sign arrives broken or flowers damaged email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage and we will send a replacement.

Choose the date of your event and the rental will arrive 1-2 days prior. Please rent it and confirm the order at least 2-3 weeks.
